I would normally give a 5 star but Im really annoyed and upset so I wanted to share this. Easy financing are supposed to be doing their very best to accommodate each customer. April 18th I asked defer my payment on May 4th. Because I had unexpected expenses to be paid off. (Very important) so they had sent me an email concerning the deferral payment and made sure that I replied I agree or I approve and thats what I did on April 18. Its May 5th and I see that they had taken the payment out that was supposed to be deferred and because of that I wont be able to pay my other personal payments on time. I needed that extra money to pay off some things and I am pregnant and Im stressed. This is for succursale 2735. Thats all. Thank you.
