they broke my phone. sent for board repair and it came back with TriStar issues. and when I got it back it had this picture saved on it. I don't even know what to say. who did this

Never get a repair here. Brought my phone in to replace a cracked screen. The replaced the screen, but the proximity sensor no longer worked. (This is the sensor that knows that the phone is at your ear, and disables the keypad. Without this working, my cheek continually mutes or dials numbers during a call). The phone was functioning fine before the screen repair. Wasted 2 months going back and forward as they tried a part that didn't fix it, then tried to order another part but finally told me that the part was unavailable so I was out of luck. I now have a phone that I can't use for phone calls. Wish I had never started this. The store is open randomly, so never leave your phone there becasue you can't be sure when you will get it back. Their phone voicemail is full. All very amateur. AVOID

Robert gave me an amazing Service and was very professional! He did a full service for my Backwards Compatible Playstation 3 and now its running like its brand new. Highly recommended
