        Wonderful experience with this store, even if the conclusion is that my three-year-old laptop is irreparable. The young gentleman was extremely kind in offering to have his technician look at my laptop to determine what the problem was without charging me. Based on his investigation, I was given a very honest, transparent answer that it would cost more to repair the laptop than just to buy a new one. Really appreciated his honesty and kindness. I will definitely be coming back to this shop if I have any repair needs in the future.
