Let me preface this by saying that I tried to call and message her in order to rectify this situation, but no reply or call backs from her. I booked an appointment online, shortly thereafter, I got a text saying that a 20$ deposit is required. I contacted her asking for the cancelation policy, that as a first-time client, I am not comfortable transferring her money without knowing the policy (refundable within X number of hours, non-refundable, used towards service.) she replied with a screenshot that she requires 20$ deposit, and still no details about the policy. I asked her again for the details, no response. She then REFUSED and CANCELLED my appointment without even contacting me or replying to my messages!!! She clearly does not understand the concept of a cancelation policy or a deposit!
