I had a wonderful experience leasing an apartment at Dorchester. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, especially Aysha and Adil. They were both attentive and knowledgeable, and made the leasing process a breeze. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to lease an apartment. I moved here the first year I came to Canada and it was the best choice for an apartment in downtown Montreal. The rent cost is very affordable given what it includes and the buildings location. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the security is always there most of the times and help out when needed (Josh, Anthony and the rest of the staff are very nice and respectful). The common area, laundry room, pool and gym are always clean, as well as the corridors between the apartments. I never experienced any major issue in my apartment. When needed, maintenance came the very next day to fix minor issues (clogging etc.). Not to mention Adil whos considerate and welcoming for any inquiry or issue. Overall, I highly recommend these apartments to anyone who wants to rent, especially that the building, in my opinion, is considered very safe.
