        Great building. Well kept, clean. Very easy rental process and good communication with the staff, they are extremely friendly and helpful. Stephanie helped me a lot in the moving process, and Julie helped me with the contracts.

        I live here since September 2022, the whole process of renting was smooth since both Julie and Stephanie are experts in their job. The building is freshly built with high-quality appliances and the common areas are always clean and well-maintained. Surely, one of the best buildings in the downtown area.
