        They are the worst building managers. Their buildings are filled with cockroaches; their washing machines and dryers stain the clothes and are dirty; they provide non-functional appliances; and their buildings are not well maintained (graffiti on walls, smelly carpet, dirty hallways). Avoid any of their apartments!
