Ana and her team helped me to sell my condo and buy a new one during an extraordinarily challenging time in the market, and through my pregnancy and the first months of being a new parent to twins. Highly recommend Duque Simms! They were very professional and efficient throughout the entire process of assisting us in our home purchase. Ana (an architect) is extremely well-versed in the structural considerations of any home purchase, and is the most knowledgeable agent I have seen in action. We spent about a year searching for the right home and Liam was with us every step of the way. Always smiling, always calm; he came to every visit and answered every question with detail and clarity. There was never a moment where I felt he was pushing us to make an offer or take a shortcut.
