I would like to thank and recommend Sylvia Czerwinska for her professional and courteous service as well as her incredible patience. My parents being older and retired where looking for a home that would best suit their needs in terms of not only size and comfort but budget as well. The reality of life is that not every retired couple is seeking a million dollar home and although the lower priced homes may bring in a smaller commission in sales, what the other agents failed to see and value was the recommendation and contacts that this smaller sale can provide. I can understand that we all must make a living however it was refreshing to find someone like Sylvia that although is trying to make an honest living is also sincere in trying to help a person find what they seek. Sylvias goal was not based on how much she can make and if it was worth her time but rather based on the good old fashion values of being successful and pleasing a customer as well as building a good contact base. Sylvia found several options well in the budget of my parents yet my mom would always add but Sylvia, I would like..... Yes, choosy clients which is normal but lets keep in mind that its not a million dollar home or budget..... Did Sylvia give up ? No. Did she give us the impression that she was not interested and that it was not worth her time ? Never ! She smiled and simply said, Not a problem, well find something else. When she found the perfect home that both my parents agreed and finally said, perfect, we want this one, Sylvia was very helpful with every single step of the process. We were never left alone to tend to anything and always had her help at any given moment when we required it. The entire process was made simple and painless. I for one, strongly recommend her services because of her professionalism and knowledge as well as for the good old fashion values of being helpful and true to looking after her clients needs and helping them find exactly what they seek.
