Il y avait avant la pandmie une navette qui amenait les rsidents lpicerie une fois par semaine. Jespre de tout coeur que ce service va reprendre ventuellement car ctait trs pratique. Il est vrai quil y a eu des bruits de meulage (et non de marteau-piqueur) pour la rnovation de certains appartements. La rsidence est effectivement situe un coin passant, le jour, mais je nai jamais remarqu de bruit outre-mesure. La tolrance au bruit est diffrente pour chacun car je connais plusieurs rsidents dont le balcon donne sur de Gasp et ils ne sen plaignent pas. Lemplacement central de cette rsidence, avec pharmacie lentre, plusieurs cafs et restaurants avoisinants, ainsi quun petit parc, des piceries et le mtro Laurier tout prs compensent certainement pour une partie des dsagrments lis la vie urbaine.
