L'ouvrier qui est venu constater les travaux raliser tait en mesure de pouvoir indiquer clairement au responsable du dossier chez Couverture St-Lonard la nature trs lmentaire des travaux n'exigeant pas d'expertise technique importante avant de proposer la soumission. 3.Il n'a jamais t fait mention dans nos changes d'intervenir en urgence des travaux raliser d'autant plus que l'ouvrier qui a constat l'ampleur limit des dgts nous informait que la dure limite des travaux raliser permettrait de les insrer aisment dans la programmation globale de Couverture St-Lonard sans compromettre leurs engagements sur d'autres chantiers.
