        Didn't confirm address before printing label, didn't give paper receipt or any record that shows the full address, online / text receipt did not have full address detail, and even after creating online account and logged in, you can't find the full receiver address anywhere. The receiver's city on tracking showed the wrong city -- it showed a street name, not even a citys name, and it's not even the same street of the address! And how can someone mess up "NEW YORK" as the city?! Had to call customer service to change the address, and still they can't confirm it has been changed successfully. Someone else will contact me within 24hrs to confirm this, and before this happens, I still won't have any record of corrected full address
