They will call and email you everyday until you sign the contract and once you've signed, customer service disappears. They'll charge you for a training video called TrackTik University but take it away from you after 90 days. We paid for the system for 6 months without ever using it. When we finally started setting it up, we couldn't access University anymore and now they want to charge me all over again for another 90-days. The system is complicated to set up, it's more expensive than their competitors and it's just not worth the headache. We definitely won't be renewing our contract with then. Oh, if you decide to cancel, you still have to pay the full amount for the duration of the contract.

Terrible customer service! Once the sales made, they disappear until the next upsell chance they get! Talked to an extremely rude person that refused to let me speak with her supervisor. Caller Id said it was Maria D'Abate. Hard to believe this person has a job in customer service as it was one of the rudest encounters Ive ever had.
