We have had the GEMCAR program for almost the last two years,. Initially ,as it is an Automotive Program ,GEMCAR has worked internally with us to "tweak" the program to assist us in using it efficiently, as we are a Heavy Trailer Sales and Repair facility .There were bumps and hiccups ,But I assure you Claudette and Larry and the IT group have stuck with the program to keep us up to date. Recently we had a change of staff and to our chagrin found the past staff member had NOT been using GEMCAR effectively with all it's merits. UGH!! I reached out to Claudette at GEMCAR and requested they find somebody out here in Alberta to assist us in re-doing the inventory and such to "reset". I got to tell ya, they found a company( Customer) that uses the program efficiently and we are so excited to have the ability to utilize this program to it's fullest.
