Ordered a video card for the office. After a couple months of waiting they tell me they will have to cancel my order and I will need to order another one. It's ok , there's a shortage I understand. So, I order another one, and after 6 months , YES SIX MONTHS, of waiting with no update, I send a request to have news on my order and I never got any reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR PRODUCT AND/OR SERVICES.

Bought a printer, backorder. Call to replace my order by another printer. Previous order was cancel based on customer Support services and replace by new order. Received the printer and every thing was find until 3 months later, i received the cancelled printer. I call again the Customer support and they said it was their error and create an RMA. We didn't open the box and sent it back. It took more than 3 months to received the credit. Called 3 times and each time RMA services was telling me I will get the Credit soon. DOnt trust their customer services and RMA services.
