I recently had a deeply unsatisfactory experience at Toyota Chass. I am a doctor (in engineering), teaching in university, and active in space industry (Canadian Mars Mission). I feel compelled to share my unfortunate encounter. The level of dishonesty and broken promises I encountered during my dealings with both and Patrick Chabot and Melissa Briand was truly disheartening. From the beginning, Patrick Chabot and Melissa Briand made lofty promises and commitments that ultimately proved to be empty words. Their lack of transparency and integrity was evident throughout the entire transaction. Despite their assurances, crucial aspects of the deal were not fulfilled, leaving me feeling deceived and taken advantage of. Moreover, when we confronted Melissa Briand regarding the discrepancies between what was promised and what was delivered, their response was disrespectful, dismissive and unhelpful. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to address the issue further exemplified the overall unprofessionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction. As an engineer and researcher, honesty, transparency, and ethical practises are the heart of my work. I think the foundamental goals of each society is to upbring people that are NOT like Melissa Briand. Sadly, my experience at Toyota Chass was a clear departure from these fundamental principles. I am deeply disappointed and left with a sense of mistrust towards the us and the dealership. I strongly caution prospective buyers to approach Toyota Chass with skepticism. Exercise caution when dealing with Patrick Chabot and Melissa Briand (Make sure you have the written record of promises and do not count on their words) as their promises may not reflect reality. ---- Response to the Toyota Chass reply: We are refusing to negotiate any thing with Toyota Chass. We have observed a foundamental corrpution in Toyota Chass at all levels. Probabaly, you want to give us some empty promises that later you say you never did, (similar to Patrick Chabot and Melissa Briand, and Sylvain St-Amour).

Very good service...when they're looking to sell you something. Spent $2000 there a month ago on new tires (and overpriced brakes). Got a flat on one of the new tires and was just told it would be 3 weeks before they could look at it. Do yourself a favour and stick to a neighbourhood mechanic. Edit: Editing this review to reflect the effort made to address the situation, manager called and apologized assuring me there was miscommunication. By that time I had already addressed the flat. Would have been nice to get this kind of service in the first place, but at least they seem to committed to following through.
