I would give zero stars if I could. My friend had a credit with them that I tried to apply on a $900 ticket. Guess the price they gave me? : $1,031 !! More than the actual ticket price! What a joke! Meanwhile I had the same credit (but bought through Expedia) and was apply the credit to my ticket and pay $520 instead of $900. Skylink said it's because of the differences in taxes but why was Expedia able to apply the credit for the same credit and same destination - apples to apples ? These guys a crooks, stay away.

I dont want to give any stars. This was a horrific experience. Booked a trip to Havana to Guyana. Mileisy reassured us time and time again that everything was ok, however, it was anything but ok. They were denied boarding in two countries and eventually sent back to Cuba. Spent thousands of dollars for nothing. Not responsive in emergencies. Charged my credit card for a new ticket when denied boarding the first time without telling me she was doing it or the amount. She told me i was getting a refund for one flight and it would be in my account 4 days ago, its still not and had to dispute with my credit card company. She refused to give a refund for a flight that they could not even take because they were denied boarding. She refused to provide any type of proof that a refund was even issued to me. Would pick and choose when to respond. Shut off her phone while the group was being threatened to be deported by police. When trying to address any concerns she responded very rudely and discussed it wasnt her problem or responsibility she just booked the tickets. This was an absolutely horrific and traumatic experience and i would stay far away from this as possible.
