Rude customer service, no smile, no warmth, giving me attitude because I didn't bring my car for servicing at this location for the past few years and not knowing my car's service history by heart. The shuttle service doesn't get you very far and is extremely slow. They don't offer taxi vouchers to get home like other dealerships. It's inconvenient, expensive and far which is why I try to find better places to get my car serviced!
