Avis Car Rental

This was a couple of months ago, but it should still help in broad terms. I followed the good comments here, yet I did not like the experience one bit: 1) I paid extra for an Intermediate-level comfortable car to drive between Montreal and Qubec City. Instead, I got a full plastic Mitsubishi Eclipse with an engine that struggled the whole trip, and worn-out wipers that did not clean. On top of that, 2) the streets were all slushy that day, so Id need to use the wipers more often than usual. I ran out of washer fluid before leaving Montreal!! I had to stop to buy my own!! It was a stressful day in two cities and a highway I am not familiar with. Not the start I was wishing for on my vacation. Never again with this business.

We had a car within 10 minutes! Very easy going process. Id rent again and I would recommend to a friend.

Really smooth rental. Ive booked a car about 4 hours before opening and the was ready when I arrived at opening sharp. Very convenient and fast paperwork-proces, car upgrade because of my loyalty and friendly no-nonsense service. The BMW X3 was great. Returning or the keys was really easy too because of the 24/7 return possibility. I will definitely come back again when Im in Montreal.
