Contact et ce moment un voyant signale que le rservoir du lave glace est vide !!!! Personne chez Avis bien sur donc j'ouvre le capot et remplit moi mme le rservoir .Enfin le dpart . Nous tions attendus CACOUNA vers 20h00. Ralentissement sur l'autoroute = freinage et ce moment bruit mtallique sur l'arrire ressenti au niveau de la pdale , ce bruit s'est reproduit chaque freinage .J'appelle AVIS ou j'ai pris ce vhicule et on m'explique que le client d'avant avait rendu le vhicule avec plein de sable et que certainement il restait des grains de sable entre les plaquettes et le disque moi je leur signal un bruit mtallique .La personne me dit que si je n'avais pas confiance en la voiture de la dposer chez AVIS l'Aroport de Qubec ce qui n'tait pas du tout ma route . Ok dtour par cette agence . Explication auprs de la personne l'accueil qui va essayer la voiture et qui revient en me disant qu'il ne me laisserait pas repartir avec ce vhicule . Donc problme majeur sur les freins qui avait chapp Montral ???? On prends donc un nouveau vhicule et oui en voulant nettoyer le pare brise et bien pas de liquide ou pompe HS ou que sais je !!! Nous faisions environ 400 kms jour , je nettoyais le pare brise extrieur seulement ( l'intrieur tait sale et plein de traces super avec le soleil rasant de fin de journe ) lors du plein d'essence . Donc un manque crucial de professionnalisme dans la remise d'un vhicule lou par AVIS . Et pour clturer , en contrlant mes comptes je m'aperois d'un montant dbit mais je ne sais pas quoi cela correspond car pas de Facture remis ..........
