Decormac has been our snow removal service since we moved to DDO in 2020. From what I hear with acquaintances who use other companies, Decormac is by far the best. They are always on time and I have never had issue with being blocked in when leaving for work or coming home. There have been days with heavy snowfall when they send their plows more than the required 2x, and even come by to clear the snow left by the city plows incredibly quickly. Their plow operators are always friendly and accommodating, and always have a smile and wave ready for my kids when they see them. Best company ever and I'm glad to support their business.

This winter (2022-2023) I decided to go with Decormac for snow removal after having a few miserable years with another company belonging to the big group (yes, you know who they are) operating in DDO. I can honestly say I couldn't be happier with their service and despite being the only Decormac customer on our street, our driveway is the only one being cleaned properly! They usually pass by once early morning and once again in the afternoon on snow days and unlike the other companies, they don't wait for the snow to end before showing up. Many times they came by just after the city plow had passed so our driveway entrance was cleared right away. Their service is excellent and I will not be surprised when I see my neighbours switching to them next year. Keep up the amazing service!
