I have been victim of a fraud/scam few weeks ago. I went to see the branch manager to talk about my situation. He did not even was interested to have more information and communicate with Investigation department! He just said thank you for letting us know! I gonna CLOSE my account at RBC it is not a safe bank! Please be careful with your money guys because RBC DOSE NOT CARE ABOUT US!

Extremely horrible brand. The two people I interacted with were very rude and unpolite. I made an appointment to get information about their bank accounts and credit cards. The very first thing the rep wanted was my IDs. When I refused signe i was not opening an account, she made started typing on her laptop for 15 mins. Then made me wait in the room for another 10 mins.
