Jai finalement russi avoir un rendez-vous tlphonique avec un autre conseiller qui me confirme que ma conseillre travaille toujours pour la succursale et quelle rpondra mon courriel ds demain ; aucun courriel reu. Jai donc envoy un courriel au conseiller en question pour faire un suivi, aucune rponse de sa part non plus et cela fait plus dune semaine. Jen viens la conclusion que je nai pas le choix de changer de succursale afin de recevoir du service.
