Trs mauvaise exprience aprs achat avec les boutiques Doucet Saint-Bruno et Beloeil. Mon copain m'a achet une belle bague de fianaille (achet Saint-Bruno) qu'il m'a donn durant les ftes. Elle tait trop grande et ncessitait un ajustement. Nous sommes alls la porter Beloeil puisque la boutique est plus prt de chez nous. Aprs tre all porter la bague, j'avais des questions et j'ai donc rappel cette boutique. L'associe au tlphone tait trs bte et arrogante et riait de mes questions au bout de la ligne alors qu'elle pensait m'avoir mise en attente. Lorsque nous avons rcuprs la bague, l'ajustement a t trs bien fait, par contre rendu la maison, j'ai constat qu'un des diamant tait trs lousse et sur le bord de tomber. Lors de l'ajustement, ils n'ont pas vrifier l'tat des diamants sur la bague. Nous avons donc d reporter la bague pour rparation. Cette fois-ci nous sommes alls Saint-Bruno puisque l'exprience au tlphone m'avait beaucoup refroidit. Au moment de rcuprer la bague Saint-Burno, on se prsente sur place pour constater que la bague a encore le mme problme. Aucune rparation n'a t faite; le diamant tait autant lousse, tellement lousse qu'on tait capable de le faire tourner, ce qui n'est pas normal du tout. Nous nous sommes donc dplacs pour rien. Il a donc fallu le renvoyer pour une deuxime fois pour que le problme soit rgl. Un problme qui aurait pu tre viter si, lors de l'ajustement initial, les diamants avaient t vrifis correctement. Au moment de rcuprer ma bague aprs les deux renvoies, j'ai faite part de la situation aux associes prsentes Saint-Bruno pour expliquer mon mcontentement de la situation et aucune compensation n'a t offerte pour la mauvaise exprience, il m'a seulement t mentionn qu'elles allaient "passer le mot"...
