Swarovski par Monaco

My husband bought me a necklace from this store. He was not made aware that this is not an actual Swarovski store, so no refunds and you can only exchange for what they have in this specific store, which is not alot. I tried to exchange this on Dec 27th as it was on our way home and we were told there would be no exchanges that day because the store was busy... we were the only ones in the store at this time. The woman who was working was really rude about it and kept cutting me off while I was talking. Terrible customer service all around. Swarovski should really be careful who they let sell their products.

They are a SCAM! My husband bought me a crystal flower from their store, but I had to change it for a smaller one. They have the big Swarovski logo on their shop, but when it comes to refund policy, they tell you we are not Swarovski!!!! we are Swarovski par Monaco(whatever). So they offered us in-store credit instead of a refund. You can only use this credit in this specific store, not any other Swarovski shop or online shop. They get your money as hostage. After all this, I decided to get a small flower and get the rest of the money as store credit (no other options were provided). I chose the flower and there was a 20% sale on it but the lady refused to apply the sale price saying that this is from a new collection which was a lie since I always saw that item from years ago!!! After insisting, she applied the sale price. Then she couldn't find the box for this item and gave me a box from another item which she removed the label from it and insisted that it is the original box. (I have never seen a Swarovski box without a label and a barcode). Since it is not its own box, it is very risky to handle this item as it is very fragile. Worst customer service ever. They are running a business with Swarovski name, not quality. Don't recommend to anyone. Save your money and don't waste it there.
