Horrible! C'est super dur de rejoindre quelqu'un, les heures d'ouverture (et de contact) ne sont pas pratiques. ON te mets en attente longuement (des fois plus de 20 minutes) seulement pour parler avec une personne, que se soit pour un simple renseignement, ou un rendez-vous avec un docteur.
Rcemment, j'ai appel vers 15h38 (ils ferment 16h), on m'a mis en attente directement sans parler quelqu'un. Vers 15h52, j'airacroch et rappel et suis tomb sur leur boites vocale ( laquelle on ne peut laisser de message) pour me fiare dire qu'ils taient ferms et donc c'est pourquoi j'tais en attente indfiniment! Je n'appelle pas a un bon service!
De plus, la docteure m'a donn sa carte avec son numro pour la rejoindre directement dessus, hors ce numro est exatement le mme que le numro gnral et elle ne m'a pas laiss le numro du poste pour la rejoindre. Je suis donc la case dpart... mon petit a 5 mois et je n'ai aps le temps n'y l'nergie de les appeler tout les jours, plusieurs fois par jours, en vain. Mais je dois le faire pareil parce c'est son mdecin de famille et il a besoin d'y retourner bientt...
