This is how they cleaned my ring and than said it was not there problem they also left some nasty scratches on my watch i was trying to get fixed there at the same time. Honestly stay away from this store. My watch was not fixed only my chain was returned without damage but i can only assume the didn't try to clean it after they ruined 2/3 of my property. I went in with maybe 100$ of cleaning came out with 700$ in property damage **** THIS PLACE!!!
