Et parler dans le dos des clients pcq ils demandent le chemin... Bref merci pour vos services, mais clairement je ne reviendrai plus. Je n;ai pas a payer pour les malentendus. Ecrivez vos choses. Et lorsqu'une personne vous dit :"Merci, bonne journee". Il est impoli de ne pas repondre... meme si vous etes fache.. (service a la clientele 101) Et aussi de me dire de simplement partir sans payer... J'ai trouver tout ca assez insultant, je ne l'aurais jamais fait.
