Dr's in the clinic are super nice it's just the front reception staff very rude on the phone and in person. Poor service.

Dr.Ardell delivered my son two years ago, and he was fabulous. Attentive & very considerate. The front staff was easy to work with in scheduling appointments, as I have to travel in. Now that I am expecting again it was very easy to rebook with the office. I find that you get what you give at this office. If youre patient, kind and understanding - then so are they.

I'm new to Saskatchewan coming from Alberta and I have to say that the overall quality of care that I have received has been absolutely amazing. I have been to this clinic before and since Covid-19, and I have been blown away by the outstanding service I have received by all staff members. I have seen three different physicians, and all three doctors helped me with my concerns, made me feel safe and solved the issues I presented. These doctors even made the point to follow up with my care after our appointment to ensure I was properly taken care of. I couldn't be more pleased with my experiences here.

The receptionist was incredibly helpful and reassuring. I had an out-of-province health card that was expired (although technically just extended due to covid) and I wasn't charged. I didn't wait very long until the Doctor called me for a consult. Dr. Kuhn was excellent, helpful, understanding and I believe even squeezed me in after hours just because I so stressed/needed to be seen (the walmart walk-in across the street messed up my follow-up appointment and booked me to a time they weren't even open). I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you!
