Walk-In Clinic at Walmart Prince Albert by Jack Nathan Health

Dont go here. They dont care about you. Waited almost 2 hours, then blamed it was my fault. I first went in 3:30. they first told me 40 minute wait and i sat IN THE WAITING ROOM WATCHING THEM. Over an hour and a half later, someone who came in after me got called to the room. I asked how much longer it would be as it is now 5:10 and they looked confused like they didnt know i was there. Then tried to say they called but no answer. Of course there was no answer my phone didnt get a call! At all. They tried to blane me for the wait even though I was there the whole time. And no one came out to call my name! Then i over hear them say the doc i was supposed to see left! So i got shuffled to a different doctor and only then allowed a room. When I came out and tried to express that it is abit frustrating when you sit there and no one came for you. Where it feels like i was forgotten. She didnt offer an apology at all and only sat there in silence staring at me. Do not go here. They dont care about you.

It's impossible to get through on the phone to see which clinic Dr maya is at on a particular day. No returned calls.

This clinic service is very unprofessional. I personally go in to see Dr A snd the service is exceptional. However you have to go through the fire of unprofessional and rude receptionists. You cant seem to get through the phone to speak to a human.not sure why two different clinics with two different addresses will share one phone number and you cant Get transferred to the right clinic to book an appointment. The services of this clinic and the managing doctor needs to be checked. In this phase of Drs being short and rushed appointments. Its worse being in the wrong hands. Dr A is a great doctor . Just happens to be in the wrong place.

Ever since they changed their call centre its been impossible to get ahold of them. They dont even give an option to go to reception! How are you supposed to book an appointment if you cant talk to reception. Absolutely disappointing

Don't bother trying to call the clinic because no one ever answers. I've been trying to call there for over two weeks and left voicemails for a call back as well. Not a single call back. Ridiculous.
