Sterling Manor - Deveraux Apartment Communities

We moved here since 2021 n a good place to live and also close to all amenities, groceries, fast food chain, salon and of course overlooking the gym in my balcony All staffs are friendly esp. Ciara Trapp who is always very efficient in all aspects verbally and electronically as well as very sincere in her job. Everytime I have a request she's always on the move. She was very helpful and answered all my Emails and queries. Sheila our cleaner is very good and very active. Caley our maintenance guy is very professional. He finished my Aircon problem yesterday on the same day requests. Amazing. Keep up the good works guys.

I moved into Sterling Manor in June of 2022. After being here for a year I'm happy to give a positive review. Maintenance requests are dealt with in a timely manner, everyone in the office has been very pleasant to deal with. The buildings are cleaned on a regular basis. I hear a little bit of noise from the unit above me but nothing excessive. I never hear anything from units beside me so sound proofing side by side in the units is really good. The price you pay for what you get is very competitive for sure. That all being said, there are a few areas that could be improved on. I do believe that Deveraux could do a litter better job on snow removal at ALL entrances (not just the main ones) in a more timely manner. As well, the parking lot could stand a good sanding in the winter for safety more frequently than it currently is so that it's not such an accident waiting to happen when you try to walk to the local business around the complex. Even with the few things to work on, I still give this place a 5 star review and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.
