Regina Housing Authority

Based on the lack of anyone returning your call, this doesn't seem like a very helpful organization. Perhaps a visit to the MLA would help.

Terrible wait time almost 1yr on the waiting list for a friend who is on disability, meanwhile she is living with a unstable roommate who is getting more unhinged by the day . Can't even return a phone call to get inquiries. What a sad state of affairs going on there .

Be careful about this place. Even when your place is tidy they said it's dirty. While one is fighting with you another is secretly taking photos of 2 or 3 places that were missed eg on my coffee table was a bit of fuzz which they said was part of being dirty, a small area not even enough to really see was overlooked while vacuuming due to a scooter being there. They even brought a pest control person qith them to check for cockroaches etc to use at the office of the Rentalsman. None were found. Regina Housing had the nerve of having one staff fighting with you while another had her back to you taking photos with her cellphone. This is illegal according to the Rentalsmens Office. I would like to add before I ever moved they sent me a letter saying they gave me a itemized list and cost of what they would be doing once I left. The total cost was rather high plus they were keeping the damage deposit. I moved on the weekend and went back on Monday with 4 people to clean and found regina housing had already cleaned the apartment. They entered the place without proper notice while I was still a legal tenant.
