The Village

Very quite place close to school and bus stop (just in-front of building). You will have awesome building service handled by professional staff to keep your walkway, stairs, hall way always clean like new. Highly recommend for family with children ( huge park just in-front if your door? I have been there 2 years. I love this place.

My roommates and I just moved in recently. Being our first experience renting an apartment, the process was painless and quick! The building manager was very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of street parking available is also a plus. Not having to deal with shoveling snow is great, as their team is out quickly blowing the snow away! Living here has been great so far.

I lived in these apartments for about 3 years and had a positive experience. We loved the location, the patio, the access to the gym and that it was pet friendly. The apartments were nice, and whenever we had a maintenance request we never waited very long to get things fixed. Hazelview seemed to be an organized company, and the building manager was very friendly. Unfortunately, we had to move because we needed more space, but we would have stayed longer if we could have.

I have moved many times in the last 10 years and have to say this is the best place I've lived hands down. The buildings are always kept clean, they always have people out snow blowing or shoveling off the walks, and Shawn the building manager is fantastic. He is always quick to address any concerns and very accommodating. I've emailed him about minor maintenance issues and had them addressed the next day. If you want to live somewhere that feels like home, the village is a great place to be.

When we moved into The Village we only planned on living there for a year and maybe move to somewhere else but this is our third year living in The Village. The environment is great, neighborhood is pretty nice and quiet. Enough parking spaces, the apartments are affordable, spacious and beautiful. The management has always been reasonable and a delight to deal with. If youre considering The Village to live in and if theres a vacant apartment, Id suggest you to put your name on the list as soon as possible.
