welcome to Henry kelsey apartments located at 405 and 425 rae st. Special greetings from rodents who sleep in your drawers, poo in your dishes and live here without any interruption. We have suffered a lot since last 6 months. BEWARE !! Update: Feb 28, 2018 3 weeks into the professional treatment by Wascana, situation has not got any better. Wascana has been notified but still no resolution. Update: June 3rd, 2018 More than 2 months into treatment now and we still see these around. This is a breeding ground - just waiting for my lease to end here and that will be it - such a shame

if you are looking for a place to rent, stay away from this building as it is currently infested with mice and they are BOARDWALK are doing a terrible job fighting them. I am living there and mostly I will move out soon, it is in both 405 Rae street and 425 Rae street. the management of these building are not capable to manage it properly but they can only knock the doors to get the rent. Even during the last week in Feb 2018, the laundry machine got broken and they took out for fix and we spent almost all this time without a laundry machine.
