This apartment has to be one of the worst in town. It is newly built, or slapped together but there is no soundproofing. You can hear every sound and conversation from all surrounding apartments, the hallway and outside. The fire alarm goes off almost weekly. They allow untrained pets in the building so there are regularly pets left home at night that bark and squeal all night. The property management does nothing about complaints. Don't be tricked by the square footage advertised either, it includes the balcony. The living space is very small and cramped with a poor layout. My upstairs neighbor gets up after 7pm every night and starts his day, stomping around, running the laundry and dishwashing machine till 4am, property management has done nothing. Do not think about buying or renting here, you will regret it.
