Gave my vehicle to maaco for a replacement bumper/taillight/ bodywork, took 10+ days to finish the bumper, wrong taillight in total installed in my vehicle, 2 new dents on my car while macco had my car, reviews are fake, when to check into my car and watched a mechanic almost destroy a truck bumper almost backing into a steel pole, dont use this place unless you want to be played around

My experience was not good. My appointment had been cancelled for my car repairs and Courtney didn't call me to let me know. Only half the car parts I need arrived and I was not informed. I called to have a manager call me. I was told they didn't have a manager, so I said to have someone high up at the company call me. Nobody called. I called a second time for somebody to call me, nobody called. I was not impressed at all with their so called customer service.
