TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I reached there at 3:57pm which was 3 minutes early before closing down. Just to ask something and the answer should have been in yes or no only. But they closed the door before time only. I mean you guys are open till 4 then should entertain customers also till 4. I could have hardly taken 20-30 secs of time.

Terrible customer service culture at this branch from the top down. Im a loyal TD customer of 15+ years. Ive had home branches in multiple cities across all the western provinces and this is by far the worst branch Ive dealt with. Recently had a really bad experience trying to borrow money for a home renovation. I told them due to this experience Im considering taking all of my business to another bank. Their response? Well I guess if youve made up your mind theres nothing we can do. No acknowledgment of their role in my experience, no solutions or recommendations on how to move forward with my renovation plans, and most shockingly no interest in keeping me as a client! Im still kind of in shock honestly as Im not the type of client whos difficult to work with, and Id never make a scene or be rude to staff ever. Ive currently got 2 mortgages, 1 HELOC, 2 credit cards and other products through them. Business must me booming at TD if their so nonchalant about losing a loyal and reliable customer. This is my first ever negative review, but it had to be shared. AVOID THIS BRANCH. Drive to the East or South end branches or even downtown if youre in need of any meaningful services through TD.
