I was placed in the perfect car. It looked brand new being a used car and Larry handled me very well. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and honest. I walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service. Thank you Larry and Taylor Toyota.

Worst first servicing experience with Taylor Toyota for my brand-new RAV4. I'm not sure if they checked the oil level or not, but they didn't fill the coolant or washer fluid or not even wash the car while it was in service. (After service images added). I've emailed Taylor Toyota twice, but no one has responded in the past 10 days. not good for service at all ..

I get construction issues but get a real showroom setup rather than a garbage shopping mall storefront. Not very respectful of customers. Plus I did not care for salesperson saying hybrid not going to give difference in fuel economy if a lot of hiway miles. I left not impressed

Bought my 2023 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid XSE. Sujal was very professional, Polite and Knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was very excited to help me out. Every other staff members were equally very friendly. Would definitely recommend their Services.

Terrible place to get your oil changed, the last 2 oil changes I had done at Taylor, they overfilled the oil and tires by a substantial amount. I've been going to Taylor for over 10 years and haven't had a problem until the last year or so.
