It was an extremely rude and the worst experience I have ever had as a customer. I felt clear racism when I was in the store for shopping all the other people who came after and before me were being acknowledged and greeted when nobody greeted or helped me at all. There were about 5 employees standing and talking behind the counter. After me a white lady walked in and was greeted the best way it wasnt even like they did not see me or something of course they saw me coming but they didnt even talk or help. Seriously never going again and I would make sure to discourage my friends to buy anything at bootlegger Southland mall.

Great selection of items and good sales. Staff very unprofessional. Not paying attention to customers making comments with each other while ringing in items. Nothing wrong with friendly banter but ignoring the customer is not something that is taught in retail. It happens more now then use to i guess harder to find retail staff. Lots of stores still have exceptional service for example, Below the belt usually great CS.
