I dont believe youll find a better place to live in Regina than Pines of Normanview, or a more supportive team willing to go above and beyond to make it a fabulous place to live. Laila is a phenomenal property manager - super friendly and amazing at what she does. 10/10 would recommend moving in if you can get a vacant suite!

We have lived here for the past six months. We believe that we could not have chosen a better location to stay in Regina. Pines of Normanview's administration people are always very kind and helpful, along with the great service. We would like to thank Laila for her excellent service. We have always had a pleasant experience dealing with her.

Wonderful above and beyond really went the extra mile. Leia was very understanding and accommodating to me. Move out was wonderful no problem.

Although the apartments are in need of some upgrading my experience living here has been quite positive. The staff are courteous and efficient and friendly. As your probably aware the vacancy rate in the city is high with new buildings now available but I would hesitate to move anyway. I strongly recommend that the parking lots be repaired because it is impossible to keep a vehicle clean with all the dust in the air. All in all... so far so good.
