I have lived here only since September, barely six months, and this is absolutely the WORST place possible to rent from, starting at roaches and mice all over the building, crackheads literally shooting up in the front back and sides of the building, no security so even if you pay for parking in the parkade people will get in and break into your car, my partner and I have been without hot water for months and nothing has been done and half the time the garage door doesnt even open or close. Do not rent here, save yourself some sanity.

If you like living with cockroaches, getting your car broken into all the time, constant water breaks, loud music from hookah lounge then this is the place for you. I lived here for 5 years and paid rent on time every month, have them 1 months notice before moving out and then they try charging me lease breakage fee which I refuse to pay, just goes to show they dont care about there tenants at all. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.
