Went for a showing as they said they had suites available and had to find a place for the end of the month. Communication via their site was horrible and any attempt to reach them over the phone was met with an answering machine with a full inbox. Went to their office and got shown around 2 suites within my price range. When I say I was interested in the room for 890 we started writing up the lease however before I signed they made it clear I wont be able to move in for 2 months even though the lease started for the first. Ripped up the lease and walked out after I heard that and they were expecting me to pay rent for months I wasnt in the unit. Dont trust these scam artists.

I live here. Nice quiet environment. Repairs done on time although the building is still solid and doesn't really need much work. Only downside is the apartments are mostly 2 beds 1 bath. Would have been better if it's 1.5 baths at least

I used to live there but there management policies are not good. When i left the property they charged me hafty amount for the sake of renovation. If they have to charge the tenant for renovations its better not to give property on rent as we paid rent what we used and it was in the same condition as like when i rented. I refer many friends but never took referal benefits and now half of the their property left empty as of no new tenants because they charge tenants when they left their property. I will never recommend anyone to rent there.

We were properly attended to, both on the phone and in person. The apartments are nice and affordable.
