        We had two mortgages due December 17th and 18th and received payout statements from Tahir Hashmi on December 5th. We confirmed the funds were going to be in our account to pay out the full balances and on December 19th they took out the regular payments rather than the full pay outs. We called Tahir and he said the full pay out would happen and we would have to wait 10 days for our extra mortgage payments to be returned. This is unacceptable! Taking out more money and double dipping and we have to wait for the funds to be returned because he went on vacation and forgot to request the full balance and instead the mortgage payments came out. Absolutely NO help from him, he was useless. Then called the call centre and asked for someone else and they were not able to help me. This is highly illegal and a full complaint has been launched with the Ombudsman. Steer away from this bank and most definitely Tahir Hashmi.

        Natasja Barlow was beyond helpful for my parents. I actually dont know if Ive ever heard of a manger personally going to a clients home to help them navigate a new online banking format. She deserves more than a raise for her kindness and valuable leadership. We need more people in the world like her.

        Had an issue with my credit card. After no luck with the card issuer, the branch manager (Natashja, I think?) was super helpful. Was meant to receive a call in 12-15 days, but just received my card four days later via express mail. Thank you!!
