We have banked with Conexus for over 30 years and have seen customer service decline steadily over that time. We switched our mortgage to a different bank at a much better rate that Conexus would not come close to matching. We also had bad experiences trying to secure other business loans with Conexus that were no problem with other banks. The only reason we kept accounts there was due to the very good online banking app that we used for our personal and rental banking to deposit money and pay bills. The new app is a huge step backwards and very unreliable. This morning I had to log in and out several times to accept an e-transfer. I had to call their help line to add a payee because we switched internet providers and even they had trouble getting it to work. Meanwhile my daughter was showing me how smooth and intuitive her BMO banking app was working. Conexus has become a dinosaur and badly needs a change of management to get back on track or they will continue their downward spiral.
