Garden Ridge Dental Centre

I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Dr.Patal and the hygienists. I could not say enough good things about them and their service. They were all very welcoming, answered every question and concern, and got the work done really fast and pain free. The woman at the front desk however is a totally different story. I have never felt so disrespected and belittled. There is no customer service there at all from her. From glares and snarky comments and talking down to co-workers in front of patients, it was a big ball of negativity. I am not sure how people respond to that, but I do not take it lightly.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Lefebvre for several years. I recently required two potentially painful procedures and they were a breeze with her. I appreciate her skill and experience. The staff are also great.
