I was very disappointed with the receptionist and the doctor. The doctor gave me the impression I was wasting his time and everything I said he truly didn't care. Asked me a question and over talked me. Didn't pay attention to my allergies and sent a prescription in the same family as my allergy. When I went up front, I had to book another appointment, the receptionist gave me a time and date and it didn't work with my schedule so I kindly asked for a different day. The receptionists response said " if you say so"...how unprofessional.

It is always a pleasure here. Staff are courteous and very prompt. Space is super clean and not crowded. They've got an efficient patient management system that is always so pleasant to experience

My husband attended this clinic to have a minor procedure done and I accompanied him to this appointment. Upon checking in at the desk, the receptionist assisting him looked at me and asked if he needed assistance, to which I replied no. She was incredibly rude and told me that I couldn't be in the building; that she didn't care where I went but I couldn't be in the building. I think the office staff in this clinic need some classes in professionalism and courtesy. I have never been spoken to in this manner in a professional setting. It was completely unacceptable.

The customer service aspect of their surgical scheduling office is very difficult to understand. You cannot speak to the scheduling office, only leave a message. Messages will only be returned if you have your required surgery scheduled. This in no way, enables a person to be reassured that they are in fact still on the list. People do not want to wait for several years for surgery and then eventually find out that their name had bee mistakenly dropped. I will have to ask my Dr. to refer me to a different eye specialist to ensure that my issue is taken care of. I don't think this would be necessary with a better, more caring scheduling process.
