        I had a terrible experience at orange theory east 2 weeks ago. I had a coupon given to me for 10 free classes that is for Regina residents, and the employee by the name of Taylor made my experience horrible. I gave him my coupon before the start of class and he said he would figure it out. He was listening to my conversation with a friend post class and came to the conclusion that I am not a Saskatchewan resident as I am doing travel nursing in BC for 3 months. I still have a Regina address, drivers license etc. He was extremely condescending, and made me pay for my session at orange theory after saying he would figure it out post class. I will never go back to orange theory east due to this ridiculous treatment. I had to pay 30 dollars for this class.
