        Awesome gym! My favourite one in the city. The coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful! Excellent for beginners as well as those more advanced. Highly recommended!

        I have been going to Villians strength and conditioning for a little over 2 years now. Not only are the coaches super knowledgeable and make sure you are doing the exercises right.. They also help push you and hold you accountable. When I started I was only lifting the bar and now I am lifting way heavier weight than I ever thought I could. Not just the coaches but the people who also go the gym and show up in class are wonderful. It is a super awesome, welcoming, and supportive atmosphere.
