was not aware of policy that room service had to be asked for .also could not plug in coffee pot . Rooms: i was use to having room cleaned everyday!!!!

From early check in to check out we had a lovely night. Beautiful newly renovated room, great shower, comfy beds. Front desk service was welcoming and yet efficient. Easily accessible on and off the highway, still a quiet nights sleep. We will be back!!

The room wasn't cleaned before our stay there was a big yellow piece of plastic and a room key in the middle of the floor when we walked in. How could that have been missed if someone cleaned? The sheets looked like something was spilled on them. God only knows what that was. There was popcorn kernels on the floor. There was hair on the bathroom floor and hair in the tub. I would have called to complain immediately but our room didn't have a phone, so we thought. It was actually laying behind the night stand, covered in dust. The coffee pot was either broken or the lid is supposed to come off in 2 pieces. We didn't have any water cups. The sink and tub taps didn't have hot and cold. If you could get cold, it would randomly go very hot. It happened to all of us and to others at the hotel. It was hard for our child to shower and brush her teeth. There was red wax or something on the lamp and floor. The hallway and elevator had wood splinters and sawdust everywhere. The construction workers and hotel staff got first right to the elevator I guess as they showed up and got on first with their carts or rubbish bins and we had to wait. The guys removing old wood out had carts with long boards with nails or screws sticking out as they squeezed by with the carts. We had to be careful so our 7 year old did hit with anything. We had to use the same elevators as the construction workers. We knew a few others that stayed here at the same time. They also said their rooms were not cleaned. 1 person said they had a renovated room and it was cleaned. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.
