Holiday Inn & Suites Regina, an IHG Hotel

Stayed there at the end of April this year. The room was ok. I realized a week after I got back home that I left items in my room. I called 3 different times and was told they would speak to housekeeping and call me back. No one did. A family member stopped by and was told the same thing. I sent an email 3 times to their reservations email with pictures of the items and received no response. At this point I can only assume that someone found the medical devices and decided to keep them.

Stayed here while my uncle was in ICU at the hospital. Walked in and booked 3 nights. First night was fine, when checking in we asked for the room to be cleaned every day. We got back to the room after a very stressful day to find it hadn't been cleaned, we weren't too concerned as they might have been having a busy day, however 10 minutes after getting to the room the manager called saying the hotel was fully booked and when we're we checking out. Tried to say we only booked for one night. Was very rude. Then started backtracking wanting to know what staff member checked us in. No apology nothing, then i ask what time our room will be cleaned, I'm told the staff is gone for the day. If we had only booked for one night then our keys would have stopped working by noon, like they did on our third day there. We ended up staying 8 days because my mom was so exhausted by what was happening with my uncle she couldn't deal with switching hotels, But seriously underwhelmed. The only high note was our amazing cleaner Aksa!!! She really did an amazing job keeping our room tidy. It was a relief to come back to a clean room after every stressful day.

First of all the jet tub is made for children. Theres NO WAY 2 adults could fit, one barely did. The jet tub is also very shallow. They look deep, however, theyre not. Then our air conditioner quit. AND I told my hubby I could feel crawlers on me while I was doing something by the desk. Then Iaid on top of the bed and saw a bug crawling up my leg. Usually not a big deal but all we could think about were bed bugs. They moved us to another room, it was larger but no jet tub. They didnt give us any money off or anything. It was our first time staying with the Holiday Inn & Suites and it was also our last!!
